FAQ

What Can I Expect at Practice?Practices are split between beginners and advanced wrestlers. If you have questions on which practice should attend, speak with a coach for recommendations.

We ask that wrestlers be ready to wrestle at the start of practice and that younger siblings be monitored during practice. Practice will consist of warm-ups, technique, and live wrestling. Wrestlers should take a shower afterwards with antibacterial soap to prevent skin infections

Gear to bring:
Wrestling shoes
Water

What can I expect at Duals and Meets?Matches are on the weekend and are either in team duals or tournaments. The team will post a time for weigh-ins. At weigh-ins, there will also be a skin check. Warm-ups are usually an hour after weigh-ins close.

Gear to bring:
Singlet
Warm-up gear (sweats, etc...)
Wrestling shoes
Headgear
Water

What Are the Expectations of Parents? We are committed to developing respectful and dedicated athletes. We ask out parents to contribute to this by encouraging sportsmanship and respect to other athletes, coaches, and referees. Please read our code of conduct.
